Kpop LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the VaultTrack Pro mobile application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our app.
1. Information we collect
Account data: Email address and Apple ID credentials used to authenticate through Apple Sign In.
Inventory data: Card names, sets, conditions, grading, costs, and values you enter.
Business data: Show records, checkout transactions, and trade history you create.
Usage data: App activity, device type, OS version, and crash reports to improve performance.
Support communications: Messages you send to our support team.

3. Single-user data model
VaultTrack Pro is a single-user application. Your inventory, show, and transaction data is private to your account and is never sold or shared with other users or third parties for commercial purposes.
4. AI trade evaluator
VaultTrack Pro includes an AI-powered trade evaluation feature. This feature uses aggregated, anonymized transaction data to provide trade analysis. No personally identifiable information is used or disclosed as part of this process.
5. Sharing of your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with:
Service providers: Cloud hosting and analytics providers bound by data processing agreements.
Apple: Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple's privacy policy governs their data handling.
Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Kpop LLC.
6. Data security
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Your business data is stored securely and is never accessible to other users of the platform.
7. Data retention & deletion
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. You may request data deletion at any time by emailing privacy@vaulttrackpro.app.
8. Children's privacy
VaultTrack Pro is not directed at users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us immediately if you believe we have done so.
9. Your rights
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data depending on your jurisdiction. Contact privacy@vaulttrackpro.app to exercise these rights.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using VaultTrack Pro, operated by Kpop LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By using VaultTrack Pro, you confirm you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Subscription license
Kpop LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VaultTrack Pro for the duration of your active subscription. This license is for a single user only. You may not:
Share your account access with other individuals
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
Resell or sublicense your access
Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
3. Subscriptions & billing
VaultTrack Pro is available by subscription at $19.99/month or $200/year, purchased through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. To manage or cancel, go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. All billing is handled by Apple — Kpop LLC does not process or store payment information directly.
4. AI trade evaluator
The AI trade evaluation feature is provided for informational purposes only. Trade analysis results do not constitute financial advice. Kpop LLC is not liable for any decisions made based on in-app trade evaluations.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of all inventory, show, and business data you enter. By using the app, you grant Kpop LLC a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual property
VaultTrack Pro, its logo, design, and software are owned by Kpop LLC and protected by intellectual property law. Card names, set names, and imagery are trademarks of their respective owners (e.g., Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Panini America). VaultTrack Pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by any card manufacturer or publisher.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Kpop LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of AI trade evaluations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kpop LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Kpop LLC may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
